Gabriella Coleman is a cultural anthropologist who for six years explored the global hacktivist group Anonymous, becoming an observer, a confident and a supporter. Her work culminated in the book "Hacker, Hoaxer, Whistleblower, Spy" whose goals are "to stamp out misinformation and to embrace enchantment" around Anonymous.
