A Walk in Fukushima is an immersive 360-degree video piece filmed in and around the uninhabitable radioactive area. The intimate experience inside the inaccessible includes sites of the exhibition Don't Follow the Wind and comes in close proximity to the power plant. In the video, a former resident describes a visit to his abandoned home and his internal conflict at having worked for a company affiliated with TEPCO.

The Influencers 2017

A workshop by Amy Suo Wu on how to make, apply and activate various kinds of invisible inks such as milk, lemon juice, starch, baking soda and saliva. Invisible inks are one of the oldest forms of steganography, the art and science of hiding in plain sight. In the workshop, you will also learn of its history and basic theories of invisible ink and steganography.

Yami-Ichi

The Internet Yami-Ichi (Internet Black Market) is a flea market which deals "Internet-ish" things, face-to-face, in actual space. Both flea markets and the Internet are fanatical and chaotic mixes of the amazing and useless. In the Internet Yami-Ichi both the wills and desires which brought us to create the Internet, and the wills and desires we picked up once we got there, are salvaged to be shared in a social space.

A web based artwork by Evan Roth, based on the artist’s most recent research and documentation of Sweden’s main Internet submarine fibre optic cable landing locations. These landing locations are transitional moments in which fibre optic cables join the undersea communication network, allowing continents to communicate digitally – send emails, Skype, phone.

Blu en el Carmel / Blu in the Carmel

During The Influencers 2009, Blu painted one of his monster figures over a huge wall, located at a crossroads on the top of the hill of the working class neighborhood El Carmel. Against all odds (including rain, hailstones and journalists), we spent a whole week at that crossoroads talking to neighbors and trying to figure out what the big shape on the wall would become.

Secret Dinners are social gatherings in extraordinary, off-limits locations. They were started in New York in 2006 in response to large, impersonal warehouse parties, and have occurred in abandoned tunnels and the site of the 1964 World's Fair. This will be the first Secret Dinner in Barcelona and the first outside of New York City.

Fear of Banking - Barcelona 2012

Picture this: Barcelona, Catalonia Square, at about 1pm of a Friday. A small and silent crowd of customers enters the lobby of Deutsche Bank, one of the big banks that most actively supports non renewable energies all over the world. The crowd is silent and sad, someone even starts to weep and sob. Doors open again, a white-suited preacher with bleached hair enters while a woman, a mother approaches and the crowd opens up to let her in....
