Part 5
In this last video Horvitz talks about “The distance of a day”, a project in which he creates an image of the same moment in time but on opposite points on the planet with the goal of portraying the sun rising and setting at the same time. What Horvitz actually wants to illustrate though is the non existence of the day, the 24/7 functioning of the Internet, where there is a constant circulation of content around the globe.
